We are primary health doctors. We work with your hospital doctor to monitor your diabetes in the community. We will check your blood sugar regularly and once in 3 months, we will check you Hb1A to ensure that blood sugar is under good control. We will give you all the information to provide to your hospital doctor.

We assist your hospital doctor to manage chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, asthma, kidney disease,
We provide community support and education to improve your quality of life

Suffering from fever?, we test your blood to detect if you have malaria and we prescribe appropriate antimalarial for you.  If it is not malaria, we find out what it is and treat it

Blood pressure is called the silent killer for no reason. It really a silent killer. But we ensure that for you, your blood pressure is not a silent killer. We tell you what it is and we prescribe medications for you to bring it under control 

Do you know that if you are overweight, your heart will be overworking. Your joints will carry too much load. You blood pressure will be difficult to control. You can develop diabetes.

Mutual Health Association exists to look after your health and wellbeing. We run a walk at Mutual Medical.

Join us before you fall ill and we will look after you if you fall ill. 

As a member of Mutual Health Association, MHA, we will monitor your health on a regular basis, if we detect anything unusual, we will do necessary tests. If you need specialist care, we will refer you to a consultant. When you complete treatment with the consultant, we will take over your care from the  consultant. You will never be alone.
